Ingredients

Meatball Ingredients:

1.5 lb ground beef (or other ground alternatives)
2.5 tbsp Serangoon Market Tandoori Dry Rub
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onion, minced
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp dried chili flakes (optional)
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup Rao's marinara sauce
2-3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Mix Seasoning: Combine the Tandoori Dry Rub with the ground meat, mixing well.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, chili flakes, yogurt, and olive oil to the meat. Mix thoroughly.
Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs. Use olive oil on your hands to prevent sticking.

Cooking Options for the Meatball:

Bake: On a foil-lined, greased tray for 20 minutes at 350°F. Broil on high for the last 2 minutes for a charred look.
Air Fry: For 15-18 minutes at 350°F. Spray the basket and meatballs with oil first.

Sauce Preparation:

Heat olive oil in a pot, add marinara sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in whipping cream. Adjust cream to taste.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with traditional pasta noodles (like spaghetti).
On a slider or hoagie bun. As an Indian appetizer, served with paneer cheese cubes.
