Here’s our recipe for homemade pizza success that will impress friends, family, and most importantly—your tastebuds:

Step 1:  Read “The Ultimate Chicago Pizza Guide” and get to know the history behind the people and style who make Chicago one of the world’s top destinations for pizza. 

Step 2: Either make pizza dough from scratch (or pick up a fresh ball of dough at your favorite market), making sure to add Janie’s Mill Polenta to the undercarriage (bottom) of the dough. 

Step 3: Spread your favorite homemade or store bought pizza sauce over the dough (unless you want to make a white pizza, more power to you), and then add either shredded mozzarella and/or generous pieces of rich burrata.
