Saffi Saana's sherry vinegar is made from the palomino grapes and aged using the Solera method, in barrels as old as 50 years. Raw and unpasteurized. No sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added. It contains naturally occurring sulfites. Experience flavor notes of dried fruit, nuts, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, and spices.

It can use for chicken and turkey marinades, or with kale and parmesan salad, and shallots.
