Slow Foods Kitchen was founded by mother daughter duo when a family member became very ill. They needed nutrient-dense snacks that also tasted amazing. They began making snacks to feed their family and once the neighbors caught on they took the next time. Slow Foods Kitchen makes all of their snacks in Palmetto, Florida through a process of dehydration which naturally preserves the foods and gives you a crunchy, healthy snack.
