Danielle Tubbs is the founder of Tubby’s Taste Vegan Cookies. She comes from a long line of Jamaican cake ladies so it's safe to say that baking is in her blood! Growing up in Miami, sugarcane acted as a homegrown fence, fresh coconuts were a short climb away, and her family could depend on neighbors’ yards for the sweetest mangoes known to man. These unique experiences and traditions her family held informed the bold flavors celebrated in the cookies today.
