This Grapefruit Rosemary syrup and Pineapple Hop flavor drops combo is the perfect pack for making cocktails. It includes a simple syrup flavored with grapefruit extract and fresh rosemary and a flavor drop to punch up the flavor of just about any liquid, whether it be gin or water. It is best used to make a gin & tonic made with CH Distillery Key Lime Gin, together or separate in soda water, in a margarita or paloma cocktail.

Melissa Yen started making syrups when she co-owned Vella Cafe. She was bored of the flavors available for the cafe's lattes & obsessed with Cafe de Olla. She wanted to figure out how to bring those flavors to her customers, but in way that could work with the morning rush, so she created a syrup. After the cafe was sold in 2010, Melissa launched Jo Snow Syrups with a line of six syrups for coffee, cocktails, sodas & snow cones.
- The happy hour will take place at S.K.Y.’s bar at the front of the restaurant.
- We encourage you to secure your admission ticket prior to Oct 27th. While guests will be able to walk in, those with admission tickets will be prioritized for happy hour entry.
- Registering for the happy hour is FREE and will automatically enter you into a raffle for one of Joey’s boxes, woohoo!
- Capacity in the market will be monitored to enable adequate distancing and guests may be asked to queue to gain entry.
- Please bring a credit card to purchase drinks, additional snacks, and of course Joey’s box to buy for yourself or to give to friends, family, and co-workers.
