Pickled Prince's finely chopped Giardiniera Relish is loaded with tons of cauliflower, carrots, celery, onions, fennel, garlic & a variety of mixed mild and hot peppers. Each batch is hand cut, brined, pickled, topped with a blend of extra virgin olive/Calabrian chile oil, and pressure sealed. It's great on Italian Beef, Pizza, or eaten straight out of the jar!

Pickled Prince was created by Chef Brian Greene in 2020. After being furloughed from the first Covid-19 indoor dining ban in Chicago, Chef Brian’s idle hands felt the urge to continue to cook & create. As a life long mid-westerner chef, Greene has always loved to harvest and preserve the last of the seasons peak flavored fruits and vegetables in many forms such as but not limited to: giardinieras, salsas, pickles, hot sauces & jams!

Pickled Prince makes everything in small batches from our home base in Chicago to achieve optimal flavor. When seasonally available, all of their produce is sourced from a series of farms; Down at the Farms, LLC - a farmer to farmer marketing and delivery service based outside of Fairbury, Illinois. They also like to source from Los Rodriguez farms in Eau Claire Michigan, Mick Klug Farms, and so many more great local farms and vendors.

Shipping fees start at $7.99 (up to $9.99) and will calculated upon check-out. Shipping is free for eligible orders over $50.
Product eligibility for free shipping promotion is noted on the product page and will say "Free shipping over $50". Some of our products ship directly from the creator who incurs a separate shipping charge. These items are not part of this shipping promotion.
