Coconut Apricot Granola - The wonderful creators at Emery's Kitchen stepped out of their comfort zone to create an entirely new flavor of granola, and they can’t stop patting themselves on the back. Made with the same all natural and organic ingredients as their other granolas including a locally produced, small-farm organic honey, this unique recipe includes gently baked, hand-cut, dried apricots tossed with fresh shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. They top it off with a hint of pure vanilla and cinnamon. It’s light and crunchy, but never dry, and has just the right hint of natural sweetness from the honey. This will go perfect with milk, sprinkled over yogurt, or just by the handful as a snack. Each bag is 12 ounces of granola greatness!

Paul & Emery Sill from Emery's Kitchen
This family-owned and operated business prepares and packages every item by hand in their Avondale commercial kitchen with a small team of amazing artisan bakers. All their products are made with the finest all-natural and organic ingredients sourced from Midwestern farms and suppliers. In creating Emery’s Kitchen they also felt strongly about giving back to help their fellow human (and animal) kind. That’s why they donate 2% of all revenues to two great Chicago charities, The Honeycomb Project and One-Tail At a Time. Their granola bags are made from biodegradable rice paper and their cookie bags from a recyclable paper pouch. They might not be able to save the planet by themselves but they’re proud to reduce plastic consumption in whatever small ways possible. Enjoy guilt-free knowing you’re making a small difference by simply trying their delicious products.
