This beautiful and elegant Brass Coffee Filter is perfect for making traditional fresh Indian Filter Coffee also known as kaapi.
This Coffee Filter is traditional to Southern India and brews an aromatic cup of coffee. It's design is similar to devices that brew Vietnamese coffee! The resulting brew from the Brass coffee filter is often stronger than espresso or drip coffee.

How to use:
- Add the ground filter coffee and then boiling water to the top container
- Coffee mixes with boiling water and slowly drips down as decoction
- Add a few tablespoons of this coffee decoction to hot milk and sugar to make the best tasting filter coffee
