Barazuk is a crunchy buttery cookie covered with toasted sesame and date molasses on one side and garnished with pistachios on the other side. It can be eaten as a snack or a sweet.
It is best consumed at room temperature with or without a drink. If you wish to have it with a drink, we recommend trying it with coffee. The blend of butter, sesame, mild sweetness, and pistachios in addition to the crunch all make coffee taste even better!
