    Tathy Vosgerau, Gifted Breads

Gifted Breads makes gluten free breads that taste, feel and smell like REAL bread - it's what real bread should taste like. It is a woman and minority owned, gluten free artisan bakery, located in East Garfield Park – Chicago.

It all started when Tathy was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2009. She could not believe that she would never eat real bread again. Her only options were unsavory alternatives packed with chemicals and ingredients she had no idea of. So, she left her career as a lawyer and decided to start her own bakery. After several months of baking and studying about flours, she came up with the Perfect Baguette Recipe. When friends & family (who were not even gluten free) tried and loved the bread, it was obvious that it needed to be shared with the world… and Gifted Breads was born.

With Gifted Breads you don’t have to settle just because you’re gluten free, you can ALWAYS have the perfect bread. They make amazing breads, perfect flavor and amazing texture, achieved by a perfect mix of healthy whole grain non-GMO flours and natural ingredients. You don’t need to be a baker to enjoy a homemade bread every day. Freezer to oven – ready in 10 minutes, and you still enjoy the smell and taste of a bread fresh out of the bakery.
