An MS and a PhD in Food Science, Huan Xia is also a patented inventor, plant food advocate & influencer. For the last 12 years, she has served at various leadership roles in the big food companies (Mars, McCain Foods, etc.) in both pet food and human food segments, specializing in food value chain innovation and commercialization from farm to fork. However, the big food CPG executive job did not give her complete fulfillment and happiness, she had personal realizations about her own food journey that made her rethink her vocation and find her true calling: helping the world become more attuned to conscious eating – caring about every bit of food we put in our bodies, to improve our holistic wellbeing and planet sustainability. During the pandemic, she founded LusOasis, a healthy food brand aimed to help people eat well and be well, and dedicated to creating clean & tasty plant-based foods. LusOasis uses simple but delicious ingredients from whole foods to help people burst into blissfulness through a deep connection with mother earth. LusOasis insists on eliminating refined sugar & any sweeteners in their foods.
