His grandfather, a big inspiration for the brand, started a candy company in Monterrey Mexico in 1940. He is passionate about sweet and spicy combinations. Ghost Honey, a clean three ingredient condiment, is an extremely versatile spicy honey that pairs wonderfully with fried foods, grilled meats, fresh fruit, roasted veggies and even ice cream.
