Fitzgeralds owner Will Duncan has partnered with beloved Chicago chef John Manion (El Che, Time Out Market, La Sirena) to lead the culinary direction for this casual yet high quality smokehouse. The menu is anchored by traditional American Barbecue and shows subtle nods to Fitzgerald's Cajun musical heritage.
